New Delhi. Parliament membership of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has been restored. The Lok Sabha Secretariat issued the notification on Tuesday (August 7). On August 4, the Supreme Court quashed the two-year sentence and conviction of Rahul Gandhi in the Modi surname defamation case. The MP had gone on March 24 after serving a sentence of two years in the Modi surname case.
