One of the primary objectives of Brainware University is to build the career of the students and make their future bright. To fulfil this goal, the University often organises workshops and seminars to bridge the gulf between the academics and the industry. With this aim of nurturing quality graduates trained in the current trends, the C2C Department of the university organised a workshop on "Role of Training & Development in Career Building" for an all-encompassing development of the students before they embark on their professional life. The session was arranged on 7th March 2020 at the university campus.

The Training and Development team of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd was invited to conduct the event. It was attended by the second year students of D. Pharm and B. Pharm. It commenced with a heart-warming welcome speech delivered by Mr. Arnab Ghosh. The guest speakers were greeted with flowers by the Head of the C2C Department. Thereafter, an interactive session ensued where the guests through presentations and discussions enlightened the audience on their vision “To make India a global Healthcare destination”. This workshop provided a platform to the eminent professionals from the corporate world to share their experience and knowledge with not only the students but also the faculty members. The meet both made the participants aware of the placement scenario and provided them with an opportunity to be employable.
