What does bioavailability mean
Bioavailability is the percent of the drug that reaches the systemic circulation, which is the amount of a drug in the blood. It can be influenced by many factors, including how, where and when a drug is taken. For example, small imperfections in chemical structure could allow one form of dosage to be absorbed more quickly than another.
