The Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE HSSLC) is an independent self-governing academic administration in the state of Mizoram, India. The board holds its own jurisdiction from primary to higher secondary education. The Mizoram Board was incepted in the year 1975 by the Government of Mizoram under the Mizoram Board of School Education Act. The curriculum and syllabus of the Mizoram Board 10th Exam remain the same. It possesses the endowment to govern, regulate, supervise, and manage higher secondary school education across the state. Mizoram Board 10th Exam provides various academic programs and organizes several examinations, particularly for the state-level High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC). The foremost branch of the Mizoram Board 10th Exam is the General Branch and the Deputy Secretary is the head of the General Branch. The Deputy Secretary is responsible for all the matters related to the administration, establishment, properties, etc. He is also assisted by the Under Secretary and other subordinate staff of the board.
