Manual Beach cleaner

A beach cleaner is a vehicle which drags a apparatus over beach sand to remove crap and other foreign thing. Beach cleaners have been either manually hand-drawn or pulled from quad bike or tractor. Cities use beach cleansing machines to combat the problems of litter left by shore patrons and other pollution washed through to their own shores.
