On the menu bar click Settings, point to User Management then click Users. In Sage 50 Accounts v26 and below - On the menu bar click Settings, then click Access Rights. Click the username then click Edit. Click Profile, then click Change Password, enter and confirm the new password, click Finish then click Save.
