The first reason behind the idea of associating teddies only with girls and women is related to their cuteness factor which gives them an upper hand in a woman’s heart. A study conducted by a team of neuroscientists from UCLA, California has shown that the same brain areas light up when women see pictures of babies and cute animals while men show no such inclination. Thus, it is evident that cuteness makes girls go weak on their knees and incline towards getting cuddly giant teddy bears!
