Ceasing isn’t an unaggressive action where you determine one second to cease and then a second after you’re magically a non smoker. This is exactly why ceasing with the cold-turkey method has one of the lowest success rates of the different methods – there is too little action to augment the thought of stopping e cigarette starter kits.
