Among the standards of Ramadan one is to do Sahri that is pre-first light dinner and the supper of Iftari that is the feast after nightfall and both these dinner contains numerous blessings and virtues as well as both meals are also a sweet Sunnah of the Beloved Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
