This program provides financial support for low- to moderate-income families to cover some of the extra costs of caring for a child who has a severe disability.Children with disabilities have physical, developmental, mental or emotional challenges, illnesses or injuries that prevent or interfere with their ability to perform intellectual or physical tasks.
