One of the first things to consider when determining if you need a new roof is the age of your current roof. If your roof is over 20 years old, it could be time for a new one. Most roofs last between 20 and 25 years, so if yours is getting up there in age, it might be time to start thinking about replacing it. Of course, age isn’t the only factor that determines whether you need a new roof.
