A Gallup report, which was published recently, shows that more than half of the employees (around 51%) are contemplating a new job or actively watching out for openings despite receiving a decent paycheck. Why? Because they don’t feel connected, supported or recognised at work. Poor employee experience, unclear communication, lack of growth opportunities and outdated HR processes are common reasons.
