How are Customer Requests Handled in Magento 2 GDPR

With Magento 2 GDPR Extension, admin can easily view customer data update or delete requests in the backend. Each request can be changed to a status like Pending, Processing, Completed or Declined. In Magento 2 GDPR Extension, “Pending” is displayed when a customer sends a request, “Processing” indicates that the request has been viewed. “Complete” is displayed when the request is completed and “Decline” is displayed in case of rejection.
