Project management ensures duties clearly outlined and resources focused on aims that are specified. The project management process also provided a structure for communication within and across organizational borders. All the projects share similar attributes and follow similar procedures. It has led to the development of project management tools and techniques that may be placed on any or all jobs, no matter how varied; nevertheless this managing process may face a number of challenges too.
