Today’s flooring lamps, such as horse stained glass flooring lights, are much tougher than floor lights of the past. For example, in the past, floor lamps were notorious for tipping over quickly, hence developing a fire danger. Nevertheless, today’s flooring horse shade with a lamp must fulfill something called the UL “tipability requirement,” requiring their bases to be hefty sufficient.
