DWC produces less kerfs and worn out materials as compared to solid blades. On very costly materials, this could save expensive waste. Unlike slurry saws that use exposed wire and hold the cutting material in the cutting fluid, DWC uses only water to lubricate, cool the cut, and remove rubble. On some materials DWC may not need water or cutting fluid, thus it will leave a clean dry cut. This wire cutting technology helps to get works done is very less time. It is not only known for its effective time management process but also for the clean finish of cuts.
