Over the last two years the company realized that management (mostly presidents) had not undergone any training. They had no real idea of what kind of programs they wanted to participate. Their motivation to learn was very low and they were not benefiting from classroom learning. Has the HR challenge been like to excite these people? What pedagogy do you employ?
