Although there are three categories of real estate that people can invest in, meaning residential, commercial and industrial, they most likely choose residential properties that constitute the majority of investments. Nonetheless, residential properties are not as profitable as commercial ones. Real estate investors prefer properties for business purposes because they are financially rewarding.
