What is dandruff? Dandruff is a skin issue on the scalp that creates during the typical growing methodology of the skin cells of the scalp. In a typical development cycle, old cells pass on and are sloughed off approximately consistently, and substitution cells are produced rapidly. In a scalp that has dandruff, the cells are sloughed off before they are dead.
