Harlequin’s started in 1981 at the corner of Chapala and Haley Streets in Victorian Stern Mansion of Santa Barbara. We rented costumes and sold stage make-up. Also, we offer dance shoes at Ventura. Our dance store available at Ventura and Santa Maria.
