Project management ensures resources focused on goals that are given and responsibilities clearly defined. The project management process also provided a structure for communication within and across organizational borders. All the projects follow similar processes and share characteristics that are similar. It’s led to techniques which can be applied to any or all projects, no matter how diverse and the creation of project management tools; nevertheless this managing process may face various challenges as well.
