Bangladesh (বাংলাদেশ) কে নিয়ে India (ইন্ডিয়া) এর এত বাড়াবাড়ি কেন? কেন বাংলাদেশকে নিয়ে ভারতের এত মাথাব্যথা? আজকের এই পডকাস্ট এপিসোডে বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনী (Bangladesh Army) এর Ex-Army Officer এইসব ব্যপার নিয়ে কথা বলেছেন।

স্বর্ণের বিশুদ্ধতার মানদন্ড হিসেবে যেই একক বা পরিমাপক ব্যাবহার করা হয় তাকে বলা হয় “ক্যারট“। ক্যারট দ্বারা স্বর্ণের বিশুদ্ধতা প্রকাশ করা হয়। পৃথিবীতে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন ক্যারটের সোনা পাওয়া যায়। যেমন:- বহুলব্যাবহৃত ২৪ ক্যারট, ২২ ক্যারট এবং ১৮ ক্যারট এর স্বর্ণ পাওয়া যায়। এছাড়াও রয়েছে ১৪ ক্যারট, ১২ ক্যারট, ১০ ক্যারট। যেই সোনার ক্যারট যত বেশি হবে সেই সোনা তত বিশুদ্ধ হবে। এটি দ্বারা সোনাতে উপস্থিত অপধাতুর পরিমান ও জানা যায়।তবে অপদ্রব্য বা খাদ এর কথা শুনে দুশ্চিন্তা করার কিছুই নেই। কারন এই খাদ যুক্ত করা হয় বলেই সোনা দিয়ে গহনা তৈরী করা সম্ভব হয়। অন্যথায় এর নমনীয়তার জন্য গহনা তৈরী করা যেত না।
