Disease is an illness or sickness with specific, pre-defined symptoms that affects a plant, person or an animal.

Human being is always attacked by germ. As a result human body is fighting against the germ. When human body failure
to protect themselves, they attacked by disease like Diabetes disease, Rheumatoid arthritis, Typhoid Fever, HIV,
