Teeth grinding (bruxism) is involuntary clenching, grinding and gnashing of the enamel that commonly occurs in the course of sleep. Causes can include strain, attention and use of unlawful capsules. Treatments include chew splints (to be worn at night time), repair of teeth damage, and strain control therapy.
