New Delhi. The Supreme Court has upheld the President's decision to remove Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. A bench of 5 judges of the Supreme Court gave this decision on Monday (December 11). CJI DY Chandrachud said, Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India. It has no internal sovereignty. He said that Article 370 was temporary. It was brought for a fixed period of time. Every decision taken by the Center cannot be challenged in the court. Doing this will spread anarchy.
