Set your intention for this week during the mini meditation

Each Monday during the mini meditation I ask you to set your intention for this week.
Working with an intention works well. An intention is different from a goal. As goal is something you want to accomplish, the intention is the way you act to accomplish this goal.
I found that my intention for this week is to be cristal clear in my communication. I will check on everything I say, post or sent out, “is my message clear, can the other hear what I mean”?
