Well known American Brand, Florence Eiseman, is one of our favorite children’s wear designers – we pretty much LOVE everything they do, but we especially love their Spring and Summer collections.  NO one does applique and seersucker the way Florence Eiseman does. Started in 1945, this eponymous brand is known for simpl
